“As the Practice Administrator for East Cobb Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine I have worked with Christine Gorham on several levels. Initially, we worked together negotiating a long term lease for our facility in Marietta. Her listening skills and patience during negotiations played a large part in the final resolution of the terms. She fulfilled her role as the mediator between the owner of the building and the owners of our practice by successfully communicating the needs of both parties to each other. Because of that, the lease was signed and the relationship moved forward.

Once the new lease began the quality of character became apparent. There were several projects agreed to in our terms of the new lease and she again came through for both sides of the transaction again. She followed the progress and resolved the minor issues that naturally evolved during that time. She made herself available for questions at any time and actually came by or returned the phone calls in a timely manner. The projects were satisfactorily finished and even better, on time.

Christine took her job a step further. After all of the work was done, she would come by on a regular basis to make sure that all was well and that we were happy with the way the complex was being managed.
