Lee Eastwood, CCIM, Founder and President of Eastwood Real Estate Services, LLC, has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with over 20 years of experience in the medical real estate field. She has worked with Atlanta’s largest healthcare providers, including Emory Healthcare, Grady Health System, Kaiser Permanente, Northside Hospital System, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, and many of the area’s medical and dental practices. Lee has also worked extensively with corporate clients throughout her career while at the firms of Cousins Properties, Taylor & Mathis and Trammel Crow. Lee has leased over 4,000,000 square feet of medical and office real estate.
Lee’s pursuit of the medical real estate community began when she leased 30,000 square feet to Kaiser Permanente for their first Atlanta clinic. Through the transaction, unique challenges related to medical real estate were discovered, and her passion to understand and determine strategic, superior solutions in this arena was revealed.
Lee is affiliated with CCIM, CREW Atlanta (Past President and Co-Founder of CREW Leadership), CREW Network, and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and was on the President’s Council of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation. She was named to Who’s Who in Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for three years in a row.
Lee was named by Bisnow as one of 40 Women of Power in commercial real estate in Atlanta. In 2015, she was named as one of only 10 Hall of Fame award winners by CREW Atlanta (Commercial Real Estate Women).
Lee has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
